Cancellations and No Shows

The sad reality of this business is that if you book an appointment, we will be holding that time slot for you and turning away other potential clients.  Just as most other spas, we do require a credit card number to hold your appointment. When you are here, you can pay however you wish to pay.

Cancellations, however, are treated differently. No shows and late cancellations will be charged to the card that you provided at time of booking. We require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
