If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice or do not show for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full amount for the appointment. The exact amount charged will then be placed on your account as a credit to use within 30 days of the initial appointment date. Any credited funds NOT used within the 30 days will be deemed used.
Credit cards are required to secure all appointments. The credit cards will not be charged unless you cancel within the 48 hours as stated above, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment times.
We send Initial confirmation emails, along with Reminder emails for you to review and note any incorrect information in regards to your booking. It is the clients responsibility to read the emails sent pertaining to any appointment information to ensure all appointment times and dates are correct.
